Artist's Comments

When this was requested by a friend I made several attempts to create an image out of what she had expressed to me. "A black rose coming out of a flame" ... :eyepopping: ... After trying time and again to make a drawing of a rose that wasn't alike to the "Red Rose" design but was still my "style", I came up with the top of the rose and the vine on a paper seperate from the flames. In PS7, I put them together and added the coloring affects. This was the end result and I'm happy to say that she was pleased ^^

i really enjoy the rose tattoo designs you have done... and this one is great with the flame :) it has a nice sharp look to it.
